We take pride in using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create your dishes. Our seafood paellas feature Portarlington mussels, sourced from the Bellarine Peninsula. We serve 'Irrewarra sourdough' as an add on, a local favourite (and for good reason). Every dish is cooked fresh on site to deliver the best flavour and experience for your event.

We understand that every event is different - and so are your guests. We're happy to cater for a range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.
All of our paellas are naturally gluten and dairy free, and we prepare everything fresh on site to help manage allergens carefully. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen is not entirely allergen-free.
